I have a WD Hardbook (500MB, model WD5000D032-000) with some files already stored on it. I'm having problems accessing this external hard drive. It used to have drive assignment L:, but no longer appears when I open 'My Computer'. What do I need to do to access this hard drive? (I need to clear off some files off my computer and want to transfer them to My Hardbook.) PLEASE HELP ASAP!

When AOL mail comes up, the figure in the upper left of the screen is very much inflated. How do I empty this file and prevent it from accumulating more? I suspect it has to do with spam protection I have attempted to remove. Also, when I shut down the system, it indicates that there are updates to be installed every time. I suspect the updates are not being installed. When mail is coming, I note a flicker of a sign on the screen with another screen in the background, just briefly. What version of Windows are you using? Have you tried to manually install updates?

I am being charged a $4.99 monthly fee for System Mechanic, which I no longer have on my computer. My credit card company has credited the $4.99 charge but advised me to contact you to stop the charges. Please advise.

When I Google my name, the first result is an old LinkedIn account that doesn't have any information about me and doesn't help my business networking. I have an updated LinkedIn account. How can I get rid of the old result and replace it with my updated account?
