I have a wifi laptop (Model D540SA-DS01) purchased on 28/07/2016 from London Drugs. The laptop is not accepting my password. I live in a senior residence and use the provided wifi. The issue started today when I tried to use the laptop. I have not installed any updates recently. When I turned on the laptop today, I kept getting a 'wrong password, try again' message. Is there a shop in Lethbridge, AB, Canada that can help?
