I have a Windows Vista OS on a Dell computer. I accidentally set the system to rip an audio book CD, which caused the toolbar to move to the right side of the screen and enlarge a gadget. Now, there's an unusable space on the right side of my screen, and I can't view DVDs properly. How can I restore my system to its previous state and fix the screen layout issue?

I am getting a message related to artgalry.exe when trying to open Redwing Payroll software, which works with Access 1997. I recently installed Office 2003, and the issue started happening. I checked my Office 1997 CD and the artgalry.exe file is not there. What can I do to resolve this issue?
