I have a Workforce WF-2630 printer. I cannot scan, but printing is OK. I get a 'no communications' message on both my laptops (one running Windows Vista and the other Windows 10) when trying to scan. The printer was purchased about 3 months ago, and scanning was working fine until about a week ago. What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?
