I have a Workforce WF-2630 printer. I cannot scan, but printing is OK. I get a 'no communications' message on both my laptops (one running Windows Vista and the other Windows 10) when trying to scan. The printer was purchased about 3 months ago, and scanning was working fine until about a week ago. What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?

The screen backlight on my Lenovo Miix 700 has become insufficiently bright. I installed the latest Microsoft update during which the problem surfaced. I have also installed all available Lenovo updates, but the issue persists. Where can I find the necessary display driver update to resolve this issue?

I have a Microsoft Ergo 4000 and I am trying to take a screenshot of the active screen, but when I do Ctrl + Print Screen and try to paste in Paint or Word, nothing happens. I also need the arrow to be in the picture as I am doing a desktop procedure and need the mouse to be in the frame to indicate where to click.

I have PrintMaster Platinum 7.0, which won't install on my Windows 10. I bought it many years ago and it worked fine on Windows 98 and Vista. Can you advise me on what version I can purchase to work on Windows 10?
