I have a Zune model 1402. Is it possible to get a volume level greater than level 30? When I have the volume maxed out at 30, I struggle to hear the audio. What can I do to increase the volume level or improve the clarity of my recorded material (video or audio)?

I am using Firefox on my Mac and today Prime Spot Info suddenly became my default browser. I have tried changing it back to Bing and resetting Firefox to default settings, but neither worked. What else can I do to resolve this issue?
