I have Adobe InDesign CS and am trying to open a file created in a more recent version. I get a message to upgrade my plug-ins to the latest version, specifically mentioning 'InDesign Content Management'. When I go to Indesign > Configure Plugins, it's not clear what I need to do to solve the problem. Can you assist?

I cannot send emails to people with Yahoo accounts and keep getting a reject message that says '554es message not allowed (320)'. I am with Century Link, but some of my contacts use Yahoo. What should I do?

Ever since IE9 kept prompting me to update, I have had problems with my computer. Windows Explorer is rendered useless, and I can't attach photos in my Yahoo email due to a crashed plug-in. What can I do to resolve these issues?

Trying to download old emails from Yahoo Plus (POP3) into Outlook, but it works for a while then halts with Outlook error message 0x8004210A. I've closed and reopened Outlook multiple times, but it only resumes once before producing the same error again. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

I can't get Microsoft Outlook to download today's (Wednesday) email. Are you getting any kind of error messages when you try and access your email?
