I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 which recently crashed while loading pictures from a card reader due to a power outage. Now, when I try to open Elements, the organizer screen opens with one of the pictures but closes after a few seconds repeatedly. I bought the program online from Adobe in December 2011 and have the serial number. What should I do to fix this issue?

I have a Siemens Speedstream 6515 modem and was trying to connect to a wireless network. After setting up my laptop, the wireless light on the modem is still off. My internet provider suggested contacting the manufacturer. Can someone advise on what to do next?

I have a Dell Inspiron 560 with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office click-to-run Q: (protected) that will not run. Also, Microsoft Silverlight will not run. I am a business user and must have these programs for QuickBooks functions. Each time I tried to pull up Microsoft documents, the documents would be unavailable and a Microsoft Starter would pop up. I ordered Microsoft Word in July 2012, but it is not what I need. How can I get what is already installed on my computer to work?
