I have an Acer Aspire 5732z. I received the system disk and recovery disks with instructions, but I cannot get into the BIOS to change the boot order to DVD or CD. When I put the system disk into the DVD tray and boot up the system, I get numerous beeps and messages like 'check cable connection,' 'pxe-e63: error while initializing the NIC,' and 'pxe-m0f: exiting intel pxe rom.' There is also a message 'no bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key.' What should I do?

I have an old PC laptop with a 1.6 MHz processor, 80GB hard drive, and 512MB RAM. My task manager shows over 40 processes running, taking up more than 80% of available memory. Is there a way to clean it up rather than waiting for a hard drive that is continuously running?

I am unable to log in to my email account. I believe it is a Microsoft account. I am unsure about the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of my computer, which I purchased about 5 years ago. I have not tried any troubleshooting yet. Is there anything else you need to know?
