I have an Acer Aspire 5810T. I can boot from the DVD drive, but I have problems loading, reading, or accessing CDs or DVDs in the DVD drive once I've booted up using various operating systems like Windows 7, Ubuntu 9, and Puppy Linux. The DVD drive either won't mount or it mounts for a short time and then disappears. Any ideas?

Some keys on my satellite 1110 do not print the correct characters, and the GBP sign above the number 3 does not print at all. Additionally, the cursor wanders around the screen and places characters in the wrong positions. Can the keys be reconfigured to print the correct characters, and how can I stop the wandering cursor?

When I launch iTunes, the column browser does not appear and is grayed out when I try to access it through View->Column Browser. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but the issue persists. What should I do?

If I purchase the AS-2400 PC Kit and the person transcribing is using a Sony digital recorder and she emails an audio file to me, will the software included in the kit be able to open up the file?
