I recently downloaded the SP2 platform on my Gateway computer with Windows Vista. After the download, the icon link for Buckeye Cable (my local cable company) stopped working, and I can't access their webpage. I tried reinstalling the icon but the problem persists. What should I do?

I have a Canon PowerShot A480 and I alternate using two memory cards which I download to my PC. I would like to clear the memory card so I can reuse it for the next few months. I can't remember how I did it before and I can't seem to locate the instructions in my manual. Can you help me?

I just loaded Adobe Acrobat 9 onto my computer. I have Acrobat 5 upgraded to 6. When I try to run the program for the first time, it asks for the serial number of the version on my computer. I got the version 5 with the computer, so I do not have a serial number. What do I do?

I had a virus that I was able to partially remove with Spybot Search & Destroy, but I think I didn't get it all. Now, when I try to download anything, it says I'm not connected to the internet, and I can't open my firewall. What should I do to fully remove the virus and restore my internet connection?
