I have an all-in-one desktop PC with only one HDMI port and recently set up two identical monitors using an HDMI splitter. However, my PC does not detect the 2nd monitor, causing both monitors to display the same content. How can I get the two monitors to work individually, and what should I check or purchase to achieve this?

Our office manager and her boyfriend tried to fix some things on our server and messed it up. They changed the password and then quit, never showing up again.
