I have an Apple Mac laptop, possibly a 13-inch or newer model. There is an app called 'Me for Facebook' that I need to delete from my computer, as I believe it is causing all my problems. I have been unsuccessful in updating my Apple software. What Operating System (OS) am I running, and when was the last time I updated my Apple software? Is there anything else the Software Expert should know before I connect with them?

My PayPal account has been hacked. An unauthorized email address has been changed to my main address and cannot be changed. Also, a recording says a new bank account has been added to my account, which is not true. I am still able to log in, but three transactions, funds taken out of my bank account, do not show up on the PayPal activity. Have you ensured your other accounts are safe? Especially if they use the same username or password. I have the fraudulent email address listed as my main address. What should I do?
