I have an ASUS laptop X54L. The second light from the left on the bottom, below the keyboard, is blinking orange. The computer is plugged into an electrical outlet, but the battery icon shows '89% available (plugged in, not charging)'. Should I replace the battery, and if so, how do I remove it?

I have an Acer A210 tablet and I haven't been able to get online. My wireless is Actiontec secured with web, and I can access it fine with my laptop. The tablet has never asked me to set up a password or anything. What should I do to connect my tablet to the internet?
