In the Microsoft Office Outlook properties, what should be filled in the 'Start In' field? Is it an email address, a network, a folder, or an IP address?

I have an AT&T Yahoo account with a 10 MB attachment limit. When I try to send an email with an attachment greater than 10 MB, I get a bounce back. I called AT&T, and they said I need to contact Yahoo. Can you help me upgrade my email service or suggest an alternative solution?
