I have an HP computer running Windows 10. I've been trying to access Google Play and WhatsApp, but I've been signed out of Google and can't remember my password. I've tried using my last password, but it says it's incorrect, and it's asking for a library card number which I don't have. I can't remember when I opened the Google account, and my email address is *@.*. Despite this, Google tells me to enter the correct email address. I need help to either get a new password or have one provided so I can access Google Play and WhatsApp.

My Lenovo Ideapad screen went blank, and I can't get it to turn on by clicking the mouse, pressing Enter, or pushing the power button. There is a small white light on the right side that is slowly turning on and off. I'm not sure if there's an On-Screen Display button for brightness, but there are brightness adjustment buttons (F11 & F12). What should I do?
