I have an HP Envy x360 laptop running Windows 8.1. After trying to create a new user, the home screen now shows two complete replicates of the screen (one on top of the other) plus two smaller replicates to the right. I've tried resetting Windows to an earlier date but it didn't help. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

I have a Brother MFC-6490CW printer that can scan and copy, but it stays offline and won't print. My computer is an HP TouchSmart 600, probably over 5 years old, and it's wireless. I've tried rebooting and typing in the address several times. What can I do to get it up and running?

My Windows icon stopped working, and I am unable to use any Windows apps. I have a Dell Inspiron with an i7 processor running Windows 10. I recently did a Windows update, and after encountering the problem, I restored to an old setup, but it did not fix the issue. I have scanned for viruses using AVG and performed a PC clean, but the problem persists. The Windows icon, start menu, and Microsoft Edge icon are not working. What should I do?
