I have a large email in my Juno account that has clogged up Outlook. I can't open, delete, or do anything with it. It has been an issue for 2-3 weeks, and sometimes it will send something, but this email always stays and I get a message when I close Outlook that it is trying to send it. What troubleshooting steps can I take to resolve this issue?
