I have an iMac and a MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard installed. My expensive printers (2 Oki printers C5300, C5500, and an HP DesignJet 120) do not operate with Snow Leopard because there are no drivers to support them. My previous Apple computers used Tiger OS10.4.11 and all worked fine. Is OS10.4.11 available online to download as a second operating system, and can I install it in the System Preferences startup disc, or will it have to be installed into Boot Camp? I was told that previous OSX startup systems were online at no cost. Let me know if I should talk to an expert who may assist in this major problem.

I have a virus and need to get rid of it so I can get protection. I am computer illiterate and was told by Time Warner that I have a virus and spyware. I was referred to eMachines but couldn't find the UPC number they requested. What should I do?

All of a sudden, when I try to print out a Publisher document, I get a window saying "This error message appears when Publisher is unable to print separations or composite CMYK." It further talks about PostScript and various levels. When I followed the directions to set a PostScript language level I can't expand any options. I've recently moved to our winter residence and the computer is operating fine. Never had any problems before. Could I have plugged something in wrong? I can print out from Word okay, but Publisher (2007) seems to have a problem. Please help!!!

My HP DV7 laptop won't read new movies, specifically a Universal disc 'Robin Hood' and a Blue Ray disc 'This Is It' by XXXXX XXXXX. The laptop has a Blue Ray player that has been replaced once already. The player reads other discs fine, but not these specific ones. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

I am from Canada and have my laptop connected at the Hampton Inn. I am able to receive emails but am not able to reply to them using Windows Live. I have had both technical support from the hotel as well as my ISP technical support from Telus trying to solve this and both have stated it is a Microsoft issue with Windows Live.
