I have an Intel NUC computer that I cannot access due to a 'challenge phrase' requirement after entering the wrong PIN. Additionally, the keyboard seems to be stuck in 'upper case' mode, and I have tried using an alternative keyboard with the same result. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

I ordered 3 ring sets back in October, and the estimated delivery date was between November 17 and November 27. My order hasn't arrived, and now it's showing that I owe additional payment, which is confusing because the order was already paid for with my card ending in 8098.
