I have an issue with my Amazon account that was put on hold due to a hacking incident. My account was hacked, and my email and password were found on the dark net. As a result, I had to turn off all my credit/debit cards. I have a lot of returns from the Christmas season that I need to process, but I can't get any help from Amazon. They are asking me to pay fraudulent fees before they will reactivate my account, and they won't do it until February. What can I do to resolve this issue and get my account back?
