I have an MLB.com subscription and have previously had no problem watching Arizona Diamondbacks games. However, last week I could only access Game Day. I called the MLB subscription number, and the representative suggested checking settings. I haven't made any recent changes to my payment info or account, except for downloading an update to general settings. I can access the service on my HP laptop. What should I do to resolve this issue?

My Google account was charged multiple times by 'googlevladimir' and 'googleads' totaling 167.78 and 36.83 respectively. I need a refund as I don't have any business with these charges.
