I have an old Apple ID that keeps asking me to log in on my iPhone, and I can't download any apps because of this. The email associated with the old Apple ID is no longer used, and I don't know the password. I have a new email address but the old Apple ID keeps popping up. How can I resolve this issue so I can download the Covid safe app?
