I have an old Autodesk registration for Autocad Inventorlt Suite, purchased on 2/12/2012. I am trying to install it on a new computer running Windows 11 but I am getting an error code 'You cannot activate this product due to an issue with the serial number or product version.' Is it possible to reactivate this on my new computer, and if so, how can I do it?

My IBM Thinkpad running Windows XP Pro freezes at boot up, specifically at multi(0)disc(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\\WINDOWS\\system32\\config\\system.log. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including running chkdsk /r and booting in safe mode, but it still freezes. I also recently installed a USB sound card and rebooted with an external USB hard drive attached, which led to the black screen issue. The computer is a karaoke system and does not have internet access. What can be done to resolve this issue?
