I have an swbell.net email address that works fine on my phone but suddenly I can't access it on my desktop, getting ATT Care Code 205,2 [LU005]. My email provider is ATT/Yahoo, and my wife's old email is linked as the primary ID. I can load her email on my computer but not mine. I've tried clearing the cache and browsing history, but it didn't resolve the issue. What could be causing this problem and how can I fix it without resetting my password, which might affect my wife's access to her email?
