I have been experiencing issues with my Hallmark Movie Channel on my Roku TV since their recent upgrade. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Hallmark, the channel remains inoperative. I have tried to resubscribe, but the system indicates that I am already subscribed. Hallmark has advised me to contact Roku for assistance. I am willing to cancel my current agreement and start a new one with my wife's email if necessary. How can this issue be resolved?
