I have been experiencing issues with updating my credit card details on my Amazon account despite updating the expiry date. I was transferred to JustAnswer and had to pay $53, but my issue was not resolved. I was then told the bank had declined my payment, which is incorrect. I do not wish to use JustAnswer again and have asked the bank to stop payment of the $53. I am unable to reach the Amazon help center and am frustrated with the service. How can this issue be resolved?
