I have been experiencing unreliable internet service with my Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2 for a month. Despite multiple resets and assistance from Telstra technicians, the internet only works for a few days in total. The modem shows all green lights indicating it should be working, but it requires constant resets. I am using an Apple iMac desktop and an iPad Pro. What can be done to resolve this issue?
