I have been getting numerous calls about an iPhone charge on my Amazon account, which I suspected was a scam. Looking at my bill, I don't recognize a charge for $114.36 and was hoping you could tell me what it was for. Does anyone else have access to this Amazon account, and is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you?

My HP ProDesk desktop won't boot up and I need help resetting it.
