I have been hacked. I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft, and I suspect they hacked my computer after I refused to buy iTunes. What should I do to secure my computer and do I need to contact my bank and credit card company?

On June 30, 2017, I ordered a Security Reviver program from ReviverSoft (Cleverbridge) and paid $29.99. They sent me an email with all the information needed to download the program except the Key Code. I have spent the last two months trying to get the Key Code through numerous emails, but they have not responded. My invoice number is ***** and my Ref.# is ###-##-####. They simply refuse to respond to my emails. What should I do to get my Key Code?

I have an Acer Aspire TC 710 running Windows. My computer is taking a long time to open and is very slow. I also had a problem shutting down the computer. I haven't installed any updates recently. What can I do to improve the performance and resolve the shutdown issue?

My Lenovo desktop running Windows 10 is suddenly running very slow and pages are not loading properly. I recently installed a Malwarebytes update, which seemed to cause the issue. I also have Avira, Malwarebytes, and Sophos installed, and I suspect they might be conflicting. What should I do to resolve this?

My HP Notebook 15 with Windows 10 ignores power settings and goes to sleep whenever the lid is shut. I have not installed any recent updates. The issue started after a system reset and OS reinstall from a recovery disc. What can be done to resolve this?
