I have been locked out of my Hotmail account (roger.gartside@hotmail.co.uk) and when I submit a reinstatement form, the questions only apply to subject details of emails sent. Since I don't send any emails and only need to receive, I can't provide enough satisfactory information. I have reluctantly provided my card details but I will not be happy to pay £28 for a problem that appears to be outside my control. What should I do?

I cannot get the drop-down menus to work for JustAnswer on either of 2 different computers. What screens are the drop-downs not working in, specifically, and are you on an Apple computer or a Windows PC when trying to use JustAnswer.com?

I am having trouble deleting an old credit card from my Xbox1 account. The card on file is from NC, and I have a new card from AZ, but I cannot delete the old one. I have tried to manage the account but have not been successful. Can you help me with this issue?

I have a one-month-old laptop, and the sound is not working. I have been ill and didn't use the computer for anything except emails. Now, I would like to have sound. My microphone is turned on, but I can't hear anything, even when I try the Skype sound test. How do I accomplish this?
