I have been trying to get my home phone service operational since last week without success. I spoke to staff and chatted with a representative in Toronto, only to learn that my request to put my service on vacation was bundled with internet and is no longer available with the Ignite system installed at Rogers' request. I am unable to reach anyone to activate my phone service. I agreed to pay any amount for service now and find that I am being billed for no service. My security system has been inactive since November 8th, which is totally unsatisfactory. I need immediate action. I am currently in Florida and can be reached at a different number. Please help.
