I have been using my Roku for 4 months and it has always worked perfectly. Tonight, it will only show the opening graphics and I cannot access the home screen/channel store. I have unplugged it and put it back, I have replaced the batteries and my internet is working fine on all our other devices. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I cannot find my email account under ********@centurylink.net since 11/28/2020. The entire account is gone. What should I do to recover or change my account details, including my username from Jackson Hole, Wyoming ...(@centurylink.net) to lze*****@centurylink.net or lindaze****@centurylink.net, and reset my password?

I am trying to recover my main Google account, which has been locked due to age verification issues. I am 68 years old and have never faced such a problem before. I am unable to access my primary email and YouTube account, and my phone is not syncing properly.
