I have been using RS software for years and recently renewed my subscription, but when I tried to use it after not using it for about 6 months, it seems like my account does not exist. I have a Dell Inspiron laptop, and my Dell tech concierge recently updated Java, Adobe, etc. to meet qualifications. What should I do to resolve this issue?
