I have Bluetooth turned on my iPhone 8 Plus to pair and use my Bluetooth headphones. When I go to pair my headset under other devices, I see another device listed that is not mine. Does this mean they have paired their device to my iPhone? Additionally, my headset keeps dropping the connection, so I am constantly pairing it to my phone.

I have an Olympus D-490 Zoom that won't power up. I've put in new Duracell AA batteries in the correct order, but it still won't turn on. The camera hasn't been used in a long time and hasn't suffered any recent damage. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My iPhone 8 is disabled and won't accept my password. I need to recover my Apple ID password. I haven't changed my password in years and don't know how to reset it through Apple's online tools.

I need to change my auto payment option as the one currently being used has been hacked and closed by my bank. I do not have an account with you, and the bank sent me a new card. I want to provide the new card information by the 28th when they withdraw the payment.
