I have changed my password for my Roku account, and I received an email confirming the new password was accepted. However, when I tried to change my billing information, Roku says the ID or password does not match. What can I do to resolve this issue without spending extra money?

Trying to connect my new checking account to PayPal, but it's not accepting the password I just set up for my new checking account.
