I have had no service on my TV all day. I called the trouble 800 number and was informed that the tech support message center was down due to a snow storm in Atlanta and would be back on by 9pm. I have had trouble with 'interruption notice' before and am frustrated as I pay a lot of money for this service. I am considering switching providers. My neighbor with Comcast got his power back this afternoon. What can be done to resolve this issue?
