I have had ROKU on one of my TV sets for about 3 years, supplied through Charter/Spectrum. Recently, I lost connectivity and saw a code C8:6B:69:C8:C3 on the screen. My WiFi signal strength is good, and I can connect to the Internet using other devices, but not ROKU. I have tried restarting both the ROKU and the router several times. Do I need to contact Charter, or can you help me with this problem?

After being approved to publish instant articles, I received a message from Facebook stating 'You've Lost Access to Monetization.' My website has been approved for instant articles, has 'Privacy Policy' and 'Terms and Conditions' webpages, and the Facebook sharing debugger returns no errors. I have not published any instant articles yet and have not violated any partner monetization policies. How can I reinstate my access to monetization?

I am receiving scam phone calls pretending to be from the billing department of Synergy, asking me to buy Google Play cards. The calls are coming from blocked numbers and they know my personal details. I have an iPhone 7 and have contacted Synergy, who confirmed they did not make the calls. How can I block these calls on both my mobile and landline?
