I have had ROKU on one of my TV sets for about 3 years, supplied through Charter/Spectrum. Recently, I lost connectivity and saw a code C8:6B:69:C8:C3 on the screen. My WiFi signal strength is good, and I can connect to the Internet using other devices, but not ROKU. I have tried restarting both the ROKU and the router several times. Do I need to contact Charter, or can you help me with this problem?
