I have installed Windows 8 on my Dell Latitude ST tablet and need drivers for the Wi-Fi. Dell won't help because I bought it off eBay, and Microsoft says it's up to Dell. When I check what wireless it is, it's Ericsson with the number 1f9jr and also DW5550. What do I do to get the Wi-Fi working?

Incoming video on Skype is frozen but very slowly shows motion, yet on Yahoo, my video calls are perfect. I have the latest Skype version installed (6.3.60.105) and have uninstalled and re-installed it. I am using Windows 7. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

I have a Samsung tablet (Series 7 running Windows 7) with issues: the Atheros Wireless adapter won't detect the modem, and the wireless keyboard, despite being detected, won't type. What could be the problem, and what steps can I take to resolve these issues?
