I received a call from someone claiming to work for Microsoft, asking me to download a program called Supremo and provide my ID number and password. Is this a legitimate request, and should I give out my personal information?

I very seldom use my CD/DVD function and I am getting no response when I insert the disc. I have a Lenovo computer and I don't know who makes my speaker or sound system. What have I tried so far with my sound system? Nothing. I know nothing technically.

My HP laptop (model HP 15 f272, running Windows 10) is stuck in a loop. It shows the HP logo, then a blue screen asking for the server to use (Windows 10 or uncompress file), and gives an error ucx01000.sys. I tried connecting an iPad and believe I downloaded the wrong media drives. The BIOS checks out, but it says Network is canceled and USB ports failed. I ran a system scan through the command prompt and everything checked out, but I don't know my administrative password. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I emailed Uber, but they responded that they did not receive my message. I am using GoDaddy for my internet connection and have used it before. I am receiving their responses, but they claim they are not receiving my messages. What could be the issue, and how can I resolve it?

I have forgotten my Apple ID password and the associated email is no longer in service. My new email is ***@******.***. I have a Mac computer running OS 8.0 and an iPad with version 11.2.6. I can't update my devices because of the forgotten password. Additionally, I am unable to access WiFi when out of my home network range, even though I pay Verizon $20/month for this service. What should I do to reset my Apple ID and resolve the WiFi issue?
