Several emails from a specific email address were deleted from both the inbox and the deleted folder in my Hotmail account. I need these emails for a divorce hearing. What can I do to retrieve them, and what is the typical response time from Windows Live Solution Center?

My Vista OS crashed due to a bootpath problem and I seem to have deleted the entire OS. I am unable to reinstall due to the fact I just have the restore disk so can not rebuild Vista. The HD is fine but will not let me install any other OS like XP or Linux. I have used a memory wipe it has some errors like dev/sbd and dev/sdc and dev/sda. What this means they tell me something wrong with my disk that I made for Linux...brand new disk and can run the OS from the disk. 2 they say my DVD drive not reading, once again I am using the OS from the disk. SO now what is wrong with the HD cuz it is happening with 2 drives I have one from an lennovo that was also vista, the motherboard went bad on that one. What am I doing wrong?
