I have locked myself out of my Surface device. The PIN is not working, and I cannot reset it. I don't remember the last time I changed the password, and I was logging in with face recognition or PIN. How can I regain access to my device?

I cannot get my new Roku device to connect to the internet. I have tried restarting both the Roku and the router, and the remote is now working. I have a good internet signal, but the Roku still won't connect, showing error code 009. My internet provider confirmed there are no issues on their end. How can I resolve this connection issue?

Money was sent through World Remit to a GCash account with the wrong name but the correct number. World Remit says the money was delivered, but the recipient claims not to have received it. How can I verify if the money was received and, if not, get a refund to resend it?

I am in Italy and have an international service on my phone but am unable to call USA phone numbers. Why is this happening? I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. The issue is constant and I noticed it 2 days ago. I activated international calling but I'm not sure what international roaming is. I tried dialing +1 before the number and holding down the 0 key to get the + sign, but the call disconnects or I get an intercept stating I will be charged international calling rates. Is that correct or will my international call plan void the charge?
