I have not received the promised refunds for two shipments from BuyKetog1.com. The order IDs are #777681 and #647200, and the PO tracking numbers are *99434 and *44553. I returned the items on 9/21 and 10/7, and they are supposed to refund me $310.26. What should I do to get my refund?
