I have only 1/3 of my page for emails on Yahoo Mail, with the rest taken up by ads that I cannot remove despite following your instructions. This issue and others have occurred since Yahoo upgraded their mail system, which was previously very user-friendly. Is there any way you can provide phone support to resolve this issue?

When I sign into my MSN Messenger version 2009 running on Windows 7, everything is fine except that there is no option to view my profile or my friends' profiles. I tried right and left clicking, but nothing worked. Please help.

Cannot access my iMail account. Keep getting a blank box that says OK then kills the access to AOL. Also unable to include pictures in mail.

I recently bought the Seagate GoFlex external hard drive for my Mac. I wanted to use it on both my Mac and PC, so I installed the NTFS program that it prompted. However, when I try to activate it, it says Activation failed. Check internet connection. What should I do?
