I have only received one shipment of replacement cartridges for my HP Instant Ink service. I replaced the yellow and black cartridges when I received the first shipment, but the blue and red cartridges needed replacement later. I had to buy black ink again in between shipments. I don't understand how the automatic shipment process works and why I haven't received more shipments. Additionally, I had to pay $1 for this service, which I didn't expect. Can you explain how this works and why I haven't received more shipments?
