I have rewards from my Capital One Mastercard that I can use on my Amazon Prime bill, but after adding a second item to my cart, I was charged for both items instead of using my Capital One rewards. I stopped the order when I saw the charge. What should I do now?

I want to extend the commercial-free Pandora service to my iPhone, but I have not received any passwords via my email. I have been using Mailchimp with a free membership for years and have created dozens of campaigns. Tonight, I am unable to proceed past the manage content section to confirm and send a campaign. I designed and saved the campaign as a template, but I can't move to the confirm and send mode. I am using a PC Lenovo with Windows 10 and have not installed any recent updates. I need assistance to resolve this issue as I have 200 clients waiting for a Mailchimp-generated campaign newsletter.

I have an older Dell Optiplex Small Form Factor Desktop with Windows 7. I'm replacing the DVD/CD burner with an exact model and installing a Media Card Reader in place of the Floppy Disc drive. Could I run into any compatibility issues with these replacements?

My keyboard does not work with the Belkin 2-port switch when using a USB/PS/2 adapter. The mouse and monitor work fine through the switch, but the keyboard does not function at all. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?
