I have tried to transmit my tax forms several times, but each time I get an error message saying there is an issue with the payer number of an entry. I have reentered the data multiple times and double-checked the number against the 1099 form. I still get the same error message. What should I do?

Good morning! I have an iPad at home and when I go to the Google search engine and type in a subject and then hit "Go" -- nothing comes up. I can then go to Yahoo.com and everything works just fine. The rest of my iPad functions are working normally. What/where might I look?
