I have two admin accounts on my Surface 3 running Windows 10 Creator. When I log in, I often get a message about account problems and am asked if I want to fix it. After the fix, it happens again. I've tried fixing it through user management tools and the 'fix it' tool that appears during logon. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I can't recover my Google account because it's showing a location in Orlando, FL, and I'm in Port Lavaca, TX. The device shown is an Android 10, but I'm using a Moto g stylus 5G - 2023. I've had to do a factory reset last week and have changed my password at least 20 times in the past 6 months. I suspect I have an Evil Twin Wifi or my solar is hacked, and I'm forbidden from changing my Voicemail greeting. What can I do to recover my account and address these issues?
