I have two issues: 1) I get an error message when I tap the customer support button on the JustAnswer website, and 2) I have had a question pending for over 2 days with no response. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S20, and I have tried rebooting the phone several times. My son, who is an expert in phones, believes the issue might be on JustAnswer's end.
