I have two issues: 1) I get an error message when I tap the customer support button on the JustAnswer website, and 2) I have had a question pending for over 2 days with no response. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S20, and I have tried rebooting the phone several times. My son, who is an expert in phones, believes the issue might be on JustAnswer's end.

I'm trying to unblock my account and access it, but I'm not getting anywhere. I've tried all the websites they've sent me to, and I'm getting frustrated. I'm not very tech-savvy to begin with. What specific product are you working with, and how long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you?
