I have Windows 365 and experience frequent issues with Outlook not opening, approximately 3-4 times per year. Microsoft support is slow and unreliable. I need expert assistance to fix this problem on my PC, and I prefer a one-time charge rather than a subscription. What device are you using to check your Outlook? Are you using a web browser? Which one? Do you experience this issue on other devices? Have you tried a different web browser? Is there anything else the Email Expert should know before I connect you?
