I have WP Office 12. I just replaced my HP printer with a Canon Pixma MG5320. When I request a printout, it will not print grids, fonts in red, and underlining. Canon suggests that it is a WP setting. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I have a 320 GB I/O Magic External Hard Drive that won't stay on and I cannot access my files. Could the power supply cord have gone bad? It comes on briefly with blue lights and then shuts off.
